Never had a problem with it, they are club aircraft and the club policy is full rich on the ground. All the aircraft are doing a lot of hours and get new plugs (and engines) regularly. If it was my aircraft I would consider lean mixture on the ground, but as it's not I follow the owners policy.
Approximately 2500 for most of it (there is class D at 4500 above, and 3500 to the west for part of the route). I climbed to 3200 for a short section to avoid a small area of temporary restricted airspace, but also flew around it.
you must often foul plugs with that mixture full in during ground ops. 🧐
