steel coil slitter machines

Disc shearing machine, we also call it slitting line, is a production line, which is composed of uncoiling, feeding, rough straightening, shearing, recoiling and other equipments.
Its main function to cut the wide steel coils into narrow steel coils with certain dimension in the direction of length, as the preparation material for rolling, welding, cold bending and forming, punching processes in the future.
Appliable coil material: carbon steel, HR/CR steel, GI, SS and etc;
coil thickness: min. 0.25mm, max 16mm;
coil width: min.200mm, max 2500mm;
coil weight: 10/15/20/25/30/35 tons;
coil speed: 40/60/80/100/120/150 m/min.
