I think Roughsketch is pretty much the Japanese Ophidian honestly, well more in the past than anything also Japanese Stream Hardcore does compilations with tons of Japanese artistes that produce hardcore, Noizenecio is one of the best ones in the scene showing off his love for Dutch style gabber.
