Fibrinogen is a large protein with both positive and negative charges on its surface. These charges play a role in the formation of rouleaux, which are aggregations or stacks of red blood cells. Rouleaux formation occurs when the negative charges on the surface of erythrocytes interact with the positive charges on fibrinogen molecules, leading to the stacking of red blood cells.

دكتور لو سمحت كميه الدم الي بنحطها في ESR vacuum tube اد ايه بحط لحد انهي علامه

اذا كانت الانبوبة بها خطين نضع كمية من الدم بحيث تكون بين الخطين لا تزيد عن العلوي ولا تنقص عن السفلي
