We know about Kalki avatars from Hindu scriptures, mainly the Puranas. These are ancient texts that tell stories about the gods and goddesses, creation myths, and the cycles of time.

All stories are non sence here. Modern puran authors just created blizzard stories. Ancient purana were still more logical. If Kalki didn't even born how could we create so many assumptions? Hindus believe in karma not is pre planned future.

As 50% of our understanding of varnashram dharm is destroyed by this century, due to wide perception of its caste discrimination and inequality, by 6900 AD, 2nd paada of Kali Yuga will start with total destruction of varnashram, with people seeing no boundaries of other's duties in name of freedom, coupling and mixing with all kinds of people like animals. They have their reasons. Lord Kalki will be born in Shambhala, a hidden spiritual city home to sacred people, making Amrita Varsha quite possible. The scriptures offer a literal interpretation of the future, with 'kings' likely representing the powerful figures of that era. I hope you got my point.

Ram means Shri Ram, Parashuram means Parashuram, I have mentioned both. And Kaliyuga is still lakhs of years away. We can't really predict what Kaliyuga will be like. The reference to kings may symbolize those in power at that time. The scriptures suggest literal explanation, practically it may differ.
