Thanks Carrie. I was in touch with you (a couple of years ago?!) and have been wanting to pick up where i left off and have had your info on biofilm on my mind, and as luck would have it, it’s the newest vid - first one I see after being out of touch for so long! I plan to look at the links, but is there one in particular that points to ‘crunchy mama’ versions of products or do i need to just sort thru? My challenge is always finding organic/non-gmo ingestibles and non-plastic tools. Thank you!
I adore Ellie and all she has done for the dental industry...the products she recommends are mainstream and ones I avoid as well as many of my followers avoid as well. The things I recommend are more natural based and I offer more hand holding along the way...but we both agree that biofilm and pH are the gate keepers to oral health
@@CarrieIbbetsonI'm new to your channel as well as Dr. Ellie's - I'm trying to improve my dental health since I've been seriously slacking (brushing/flossing only once per day for years 💀). I recently picked up some Carifree toothpaste with fluoride and hydroxyapatite and I want to leave it in my mouth after brushing without rinsing... Would it be OK to use a mouth rinse after flossing but prior to brushing? So floss, rinse, brush? Looking forward to binging your videos - thank you!
when i am exceeding 1/5 teaspoon of Xylitol, I am getting badly bloated. I can do 1/2 teaspoon twice a day, will it be effective?. also, if i put it in my coffee will I get Xylitol benefit?
I spend much of my time with my oral health coaching members and in my groups - there just isn't enough hours in the day to get it all done and make YT videos as well. :)
you can find organic, yes - I prefer pharmaceutical grade xylitol over organic because it has to be the "purest" because it is used as medicine. An example of that is xylo-sweet by Xlear :)
because I spend as much time as I possible can wasting my own time to write and create content that annoys people, of course...oh and for FREE too. If it doesn't work for you I hope you find someone whos message DOES resonate with you. peace

@@CarrieIbbetson Is it normal for teeth to be sensitive when first using xylitol?
Dr ellie philips says not to use tonguescrape and no flossings what do you think about that.does one use swishing xylitol after brushing
Music is distracting
+1
Totally. I want to watch her videos but the music is intolerable.

Hey Ellen, thanks for swinging back around!! Glad to see you back❣️❣️
Thoughts on Ellie Philip's protocol?

@@CarrieIbbetson Thanks Carrie,

Why, why, why do you think you need the horrible music.
