Hi Mike, I do prefer this live version over the studio recording, for those very reasons, certain instruments and sounds have been brought forward or added, drums, guitar, the bell which wasn't as pronounced in the studio recording, as well as like you said her falsetto toward the end, I think the reason you never heard any applause afterwards was because the audience was so transfixed by her, Chelsea does that..if you ever get the opportunity to see her live Mike, you must, she's incredible
Hi Aeon! I would pay some good money to buy a live album of her performance from the festival, with all the mixing properly done from the soundboard
@@Yeedeed she does actually have an album which was recorded live ,Live at Roadburn, which is excellent, the songs are pre Hiss Spun, some you may already know others you won't, but I highly recommend it, you'll love it, I wish there was footage of that show, but I couldn't agree more with you for a recorded Chelsea Wolfe album from the Oya show
