Story time is a great addition. I really do hope you find your boss. I also want to thank you for introducing me to the piwakawaka. It has become a main stay in my bag for those tricky/touchy kind of shots. And my wife has decided it's her favorite disc now.
Love the stories. This course looks amazing and I imagine the short teepads to short baskets have lots of ace runs. A couple weeks ago on my college campus there were protesters shouting nonsense and it was a sit back and watch people argue and fight. That fan art disc looks amazing!
Justin Smith and Forrest Omland (among numerous others) have really put a lot of time into revamping and reviving this course. It's SOOOOOOO much better than what it was a few years ago. Also, I believe new tee signs are in the works, but I'm not sure as to when they'll be added.
@@tossingplastic I seen one just eating a grass hopper I was like what's that crunch sound I'm hearing and when I was looking into the grass he appeared it was awesome
I like the stories. Def keep them coming if you have more good ones. I’d also love some advise/more context on how you work angle control into your game. Lately, I’ve been struggling with it and trying to correct with disc selection. Also, here in Texas is mostly flat but I played in NC recently and the elevation changes completely made me rethink my game. Any tips on that as you play the course would be great! You clearly have your straight shots on point. Thanks for the great content brother!
Next Sunday I'm releasing a far more focus and technical video and I think instead of disc reviews I will do focus tips and tricks because that I have a passion for that!
@@tossingplastic awesome, when you’re there, we just installed a new course about 5 miles from there in Clio. It should be beaten in and completely done by then!
Wow, crazy sweet disc. Does Adam get to be the initial inductee of the Tossing Plastic Subscriber HOF. Huh, so that is what rocks look like... I learned something. Did you find the Champion Boss? Lots of good bids, that 42'er was pretty sweet. Cool course, it's been a while since I've been to Hastings.
I did find the boss after my round! I won't give that one up but I do loose it alot. Do not recommend clear and green disc's lol! The disc is amazing and will always be around! Rocks are a rare species here crazy to soon many migrated together like that!
That's just the people today hunter we must settle to have friends I've lost alot walking away from the ones who just want it as easy as it gets.. the comps are just the shorts that's why I show up with two discs .. a bag is only needed on the longs for tough break shots you need to fight to get out of
@@tossingplastic I agree 😆 I feel like my head lost brain cells watching them cart guys break down and set up on such a easy relaxing day... It's amazing that you can just take off for extended periods, travel around and play disc golf. a. retired military b. teacher on sabatical c. a hobo with an idea d. other Thanks again for another great video.
I worked in construction for about 10 years, started a business and sold off everything to pursue this dream! So if the videos stop, you know I ran out of money haha!
That rhyno is very old and beat it! The rhyno I can throw as hard as I can and it will always finish left! The harder I throw it the longer it stays straight but always a solid left finish. The envy depending on speed and angle will finish dead straight or right. But again remember both of these putters have thousands of throws on them!
@@alanlundberg4534 well the over stability and lack of glide are what keep the rhyno short! It's a great distance control disc as well! Envy can go much farther
@@tossingplastic I saw it is a 2 1 0 3. My two P-A discs are my Armadillo at 1 2 0 1 and my old Aviar at 2 3 0 1. I was just having trouble understanding the need for such a high fade. It makes more sense now. With that many cycles, I'm sure that Rhyno is probably more like 2 1 -1 2 now, which should be a nice smooth manageable disc.
You are funny. Love the humor tonight!
Some rounds get goofy!
Love the story time hole nine break I kinda wait for them 😁
Love to hear that feedback thank you!
Me too!
Great. The little story times are a plus.
