He also did the vocals for Scepter "Taken by Force" on this compilation. I also thought he had done the vocals for Sacred Blade "The Alien" but I guess I may have been wrong on that one.
@madometal half of this lineup of abattoir went on to form agent steel, and im guessing john cyriis wrote those 2 sceptre songs one of which is on this same compilation (Taken By Force, 144,000 Gone, were def his since theyre about conspiracy/alien stuff while the song Sceptre was about how metal sceptre were) and took them to Agent Steel with him and decided to sing them (you can clearly tell the vocalist for Sceptre wasnt Cyriis even though he was still pretty good)
got this in 82? with Iron Maiden live plus one, Demon, and Earth Shaker ( because of the cool covers) omg the last two were horrible! But Metal Massacre and the Maiden kicked ass!

Yeah, John didn't sing Sacred Blade - I think that band was French Canadian.
Yup it’s true, Cyriis was their original vocalist before Steve Gaines joined the band in ‘84.
