No ones ever gunna see this comment I know, but ya know, Australia is years behind the curve.
You can prime, then break, just make sure you have the handle all the way forward.
Another thing to note for younger users, the break is quite hard to do, and there is a pinch hazard on the hinge. Something to watch out for!
Other than that, this is a great single shot blaster that really slings darts. I really like it.

With the right customization choices, you could make a death trooper blaster. Cool.

I got this for Christmas and I'm not going to lie but for some reason this is really hard to open and load the gun like I literally struggle trying to open the gun and load it cuz for some reason it's really really stiff every time I tried to open it I feel like I'm breaking it
I have the gun and not gonna lie it’s pretty accurate for an off brand sniper

@@steelsaber54 my son received a cheap XShot Bug Blaster and it honestly hits harder and has more velocity than his Nerf Surgefire.

I have 2 of these and me and my friend had a war and then had a red mark for 2 days
XShot isnt an off brand. They are very similar to Nerf and are used alot by nerfers
Have you tried putting a heavier spring in the reflex 6? Its easily one of my favorite pistol blasters now. I'm an xshot believer.

I kind of wanna see who’s willing to risk destroying it with a k26. I mean, the thing’s never gonna be a primary, but maybe you can make it a “sniper”?
And it's on clearance so you go to the Nerf I'll and then you you look at the Nerf I'll and you looked everywhere the two sides and it's unclear and so they're going to take it out of the shop so if you get it send me a comment

actually I do own one of these and you can prime it then load, you can even prime load and shoot right with barrel down and using it as a longer grip extension

LordDraconical Good review, Drac. Gotta say, though- and I'm not hating or throwing shade, just commenting- it's kinda starting to feel like your channel is all about fronting for companies. You've moved so much of your published work away from TH-cam *EXCEPT* the reviews that for those of us who only follow you here... We're basically treated to commercials now, not the cool mod videos, war footage, and tutorials that drew us to you initially. I know TH-cam is boning creators, and you almost *have* to diversify away from the platform to make things work, so I don't blame you (or any creator) for doing what is necessary, but a little acknowledgement of the problem and a few words on what you're doing about it really couldn't hurt.
Son got this blaster for Christmas, we had no idea how to get a dart into it!

I bought a Zuru X Shot Hawk Eye for my son. Upon taking it out of the box, I tried to pivot the front end of the Hawk Eye down (to load a foam dart into it) as depicted in the photo on the back of the box and as shown in many youtube videos on the product. Despite applying significantly more force than is shown in any of the youtube videos on this product, the front end would not pivot down. If I exert any additional force, it feels almost certain as if it will permanently break. Is there something I am missing? Might there be a release button or pin which needs to be pressed/removed, which is not depicted in any of the videos? Might this one be defective?
My son was gifted the x shot the box came with two. The first one opened easily the second one took a lot of force. After working it a couple times it gets easier

On a more relevant note i'm really liking Xuru's new colour scheme of white, dark blue and transparent blue, it looks especially good on the Turbo Advance and i really want to buy one but here in the UK i can only find it in yellow, orange and red
