There a straight and curved petal tips (I’ve used a straight one for all of these) and there are different sizes, for example I usually use a 125 on a 6” or 8” cake but for mini cakes or 4” cakes I use 104 or 102.

Hi. Can I use swiss meringue by itself without the butter to do decorations similar as yours. Please advise me
Hi the butter is necessary and allows it to solidify and hold it’s shape so you do need the butter to create these decorations! Hope that helps! ☺️

What size of cake pan do you use? I thought in your class it said 6 in, but these look so tiny
All of them are 4” mini cakes except the rainbow and square, which are 6”
