    Great discussion. I particularly like Taylor's position that the Renewal Manager can and should challenge the assumptions of everyone involved in the existing relationship.

    This is awesome. I do think that retention is everyone’s job though, not mainly the renewals manager.

      Certainly! I totally agree. This model works great when you have complex contract/ renewal deals and lots of clients. Worth looking into it if that's your reality.
