I don't know what settings you are using, but 1. your frame has black bars on the top and bottom (which makes the image unnecessary smaller on 16:9 mionitors), 2. you use 60 fps (30 fps gives better image quality since the 60 fps are interpolated anyways), 3. you uploaded in 1080p (then youtube will give you low bandwith and you'll get extra compression artifacts that you don't have on the original footage, you can see them on the road texture). the camera sweet spot is 1080p at 30 fps, but for uploads to youtube the 4k option is better, since even if it's just upscaled youtube will assign you a higher bandwith.
