Where You Been ,Missed you glad to see you back. We went to the Girl of the Year event and we got her outfits , dog, cat and accessories but not the doll yet. still on the fence since I am trying to downsize my collection.

Greetings from Canada. Lovely doll. I received my doll Summer a few days ago. The wig was much longer on one side and so had to cut it to even it out. Maybe I should have shipped her back but didn’t want the hassle. My doll was cute though.🍁🍂🍃🇨🇦
Adult Collectors are complaining about the new box because they like to actually see the doll before they buy it. Supposedly different American Girl stores are no longer allowing them to take dolls out of the boxes for a better look. They want to examine the dolls for defects. Me personally, if it ain't broke, don't fix it. I don't like change. I'm use to the old boxes. I might get Summer. I don't have any Nanea facemolds.
I think Summer is adorable but no, I don’t enjoy the box. I like the front cover open because it’s always been that way. I think the full covered box gives Barbie and I need Mattel to stop trying to replicate Barbie. American Girl Doll collectors are different than Barbie collectors. We don’t expect cheap plastic. This is part of the reason I went away for a bit I was tired of low quality items.
