Then ALAUDDIN ALI Re arranged the music.And Singer RUNA LAILA.(1980)Then RUNA LAILA sing It's Hindi version "de de payer de" ina a Album in BAPPY LAHIRI's music.(1984) And at last it sings KISHORE KUMER in sharabi film in 1984.

Yes, the original one is the 1940 song by Abbasuddin Sahab. And the Runa Laila ji version is a remix. Correct.
But, in between - in 1965, SD burman Sahab composed this song again for the film Guide.
The last kishore kumar song was lifted from this SD Burman version directly.
