Besan Bread Toast I Vegetarian French Toast Recipe I Poonam's Annapurna Kitchen Marathi

In this video you will learn how to make Besan Bread Toast, a quick, helathy and delicious snack, that you can pack in Kids Luch Box as well.
Ingredients for Besan Bread Toast
4 Brown Bread Slices
1 cup besan / Chickpea Flour
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Carom seeds (Ajwain)
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
Salt to taste
For the toppings
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small bell pepper, finely chopped
1 Onion finely chopped
1 small carrot grated
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh coriander
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
1 tablespoon oil for shallow frying the toast
1 cheese cube for serving (optional)
Chili flakes and organo for topping (optional)
