Offsite Awards "Private Housing Project of the Year 2020"!
We at Forta PRO are delightful to present - Berkeley Homes BUILDING 11, block B - THE OFFICERS HOUSE. Forta PRO was in charge of design, prefabrication, shipping and module assembly and finishing. In total 48 modules were prefabricated, build, shipped, assembled and finished to make 19 new apartments.
In order to make the project happen Forta PRO had to keep in mind that the neighboring building has historical value and the new build has to represent the same style, elegance and has to gracefully fit in with the existing building. A team of professionals worked together to make a design that would cherish the historical value of conjugated building but still make it modern and high-class to meet the client’s wishes.

But where there is a strong wind and unstable weather? The rain is horizontal sometimes in my town. Must be very rainproof.
