In I want to imagine this as a sort of AU where Black killed every possible crewmate & fellow imposters growing tired of the cycle. And now has moved on to killing other characters entirely, in this case using Henry as bait to kill him and Ellie, since their both parts of the Puffballs United universe of sorts.
Now there be one neat detail i see here in which has to do with henry: theres a knife in between his torso and arm but it ain't bloody, this was most likely done to make "black" think hes dead.
