accommodations and 5'-11" head room. With the marine a/c she can be a great weekender. This is a solid boat
from the reputable Cape Dory Shipyard. Very rare inboard Diesel model (not to be confused with the 25 outboard
that has NO headroom). Very rare only 189 built.
Basic Replacement on this boat without the upgrades, gear and equipment would be well over $120K. To duplicate
this boat would be closer to $ 180K. However, most people could not duplicate this boat for the same price
because everything was done at dealer costs by the listing agent for a client.
