So, they might have rejected you because of the name on adsense and your passport, they must be exactly same. The passport picture must ne very clear and readable. Have you checked that?

As you have successfully verified your identity, now they will send you an email related to pin that your pin has been successfully sent. It will arrive in 2-4 weeks. Once you receive pin you will enter it in adsense account and then your adsense will be verified. After that, you need to add bank details.

There is a way to close it but that's not the best option right now as it will delete adsense and all earnings will be lost but you can try to contact TH-cam support team to verify your identity manually.

No issue. You can ask as many questions you like. So, I recommend to go with individual account. You can provide all information of your close relative like brother or sister. Please don't go with business account. Also tax and other deductions of fee are there in business account too.

First you need to verify your identity by uploading verification documents. Then after approval they will send you pin automatically. You will receive pin within 1 month. If not received you have to reapply for pin again and again every month until you receive it.

You can upload it as long as it is active and the name on cnic must match with the name on adsense account. That's the only thing they will verify.
