If you do business as the LLC name then accept payments to the LLC. If you do business as the DBA then accept payments to the DBA name. The bank is aware that both go into the same LLC account. It's all the same. But I would use just one or the other to keep it clear unless you're selling different products under different names.

If any other Corporation uses my Trade Name in any way are they liable to be sued, esp. if they are making money and contracting with it fraudulently? As you know this happens everyday in Court cases and Child Support etc.
dba only covers your name in the county you registered in. there can be several other businesses with your same name all over the state/united states, but not in the same county. if you move to another city/county, you have re-register your business there as well.
