This beach is one of the most beautiful beaches in the region, with amazing sights of Punta Ballena and Casapueblo, the house built by the artist Carlos Páez Vilaró. The city of Punta del Este and its beaches, including Solanas are famous in South America. This is one of the best places you can find in Latin America for a summer vacation! No doubt it is a top destination.

Hermosa toda esa zona, muy distinta de la otra parte de la brava hasta José Ignacio. Qué la hace más linda en mi opinión: los árboles y los jardines totalmente arregladitos. Es un sueño caminar por ahí. Y Portezuelo y Punta Ballena para mi es el lugar que más me gusta de Uruguay. Pero....sobre gustos no hay nada escrito. Felicitaciones por este grato video 4K walk!!!

Buen recorrido. Para los que dicen que punta es chiquito y no saben que está pegada a Maldonado y a 200km de costa urbanizada hasta Montevideo.
