This is awesome! I'm very excited for Cura support in the future, as that is what I use exclusively. I'll use Prusa just for these time lapses if I have to, but getting Cura incorporated would be amazing!
Awesome! I use cura for most of my slicing but i have Prusa installed for certain things. Its easy enough to slice in both. I feel that this solves A lot of the inherent problems of making a Time-lapse content. This is the most cost effective way i think too, both with money and time. Great work!
Great work! It's a fantastic addon. I would like to ask you a question. I would like to export the result for continue working on Cinena 4D for example. I try to export Alembic but Blender crashes. Maybe it would help me to export only the paths, without volume. Would there be a way to export only the paths (¿shapes?)? Thank you and congratulations for your work!
The challenge here is that many hobbyists out there use Cura or some spinoff of it. The Creality slicer is pretty common to see, and that is Cura-based. Here is my vote for a Cura version as well. Prusa Slicer IS a great piece of code.
Hello, I purchased the plugin and have gotten some great initial results! I plan to use this for product pictures in my Etsy store. It will be great for showing different options and colors without having to print a ton of combinations. I especially like the simulation of defects and options for line endings. Has there been any progress on vase mode support?
Hey Fredrico, there's a tutorial section clearly marked in the video. But if you're still struggling please let me know your email address or reach out to me on the subreddit r/createinc. I'd be more than happy to help you out.
@@CreateInc The tutorial is fine, it shows how to import the gcode, how to set perimeters and so forth - but it doesn't show how to create the animation (and render it).
Sir I'm facing an error while I hit Load Gcode, the error: UnicodeDecodeError: 'utf-8' codec can't decode byte 0xc8 in position 53: invalid continuation byte I disabled relative path also What should I do now Sir
Sad to say this did not have enough instructions on how to create an animated end result. Tried to see if I could purchaches but all links seems dead :-( Thought I hit on just what I wanted. But sadly I am not an experienced Blender user so struggled. called it a day after several hours and only geting the GCode imported.

Don't worry about render times. People who 3D print are super patient. Great work.
Aw, well thanks, but I know they can be massively improved if I get a chance to work on them more
Bookmarked for sure. Looking forward to the future development.
Thanks a lot Adam

If you get the plugin, I'd love to hear your review and remarks after working with it.
I've been waiting for this!! Thanks for all the efforts that went into this!
You're very welcome Henry. There's going to be a lot more of such add-ons and content
This is looking great, dude. I'll be buying this for sure when Cura is supported.
Dropping very soon
Great job, very exciting to simulate a print, very well done.

Thankyou!
This is amazing, thank you so much! I'm sure you will reach 3000 likes in no time at all. Now I'm off to buy the plugin

Wow, really cool.
Thanks my man.
What bed size should we use so that the object appears in the exact center of the mat?
The prusa mk3s settings on PrusaSlicer should be perfect
Excellent
F**king amazing stuff!
I can't import the Gcode... It returns me an error, even after restarting blender
Extra cool!
i have purchased the addon from blender market. how the animation works? how to keyframe a single property?
You can checkout the FAQ I just added on my plugin's page on blendermarket

There is a layer number option in the plugin. I also show that in the video I think
