      Back when Rob Ford was just a pesky City Councillor from Etobicoke (in which even his fellow City Councillors saw him as nothing more than a novelty act at that time).
      On the other hand, seeing Kyle Rae in that same clip also made me realize that he was one of the first politicians in Toronto to come out as being openly gay.
