I have these from my husbands grandparents. Be careful with barkeepers because it does scratch and the tarnish comes back very quickly - it was my first mistake cleaning the pots. But because they were old they already had LOTS of scratches already so no big deal. After the initial clean, use a tarnish cream for copper to make it shine instead of scrubbing it with barkeepers every time. 👍🏻

I donated about 40 pieces of Revereware. My Mama's & my Big Mama's sets were in the house I grew up in. I spent many a Saturday cleaning the copper bottoms with tomato sauce. The key was to leave it on for minimum of 15 to 30 minutes - until it dried. We always had Revereware growing up.
The only pieces I saved are the 2 'butter melters,' about 4 ounce size. If I could still cook I would have kept a set. They were excellent pots & pans, with lids. Modern cookware is nothing by comparison. Ours were from the Oneonta, Alabama location bought by my Dad (a traveling salesman) back in the late 1950s & 1960. He bought the piece one at a time for each of kitchens. (They were expensive back then.)
