The rotary chocolate drops depositing line is built for bulk-producing chocolate chips, drops and coins ranging from 0.05 to 5 grams. Compared with the traditional pistons chocolate chip depositor, the rotary chips line has a much bigger production capacity, it is much easier to operate and clean, and production changes over. The hourly capacity could reach 1200kg per hour.
The entire rotary chocolate chips depositing line is composed of:
1) One set of Mobile chocolate reserving tank for continuously supplying chocolate inside the rotary chocolate dispensing roller. A chocolate pump is included and with a variable pumping speed;
2) One set of Rotary chocolate chips depositor head sits on castors, it can be easily pushed in / pulled out of the tunnel entrance;
3) One long belt conveyor cooling tunnel with a specially designed air-flowing duct.
4) Optional chocolate chunk extruder.
5) Optional chocolate chunk cutter.
