I have pulled multiple all nighters. Nights are peaceful and somehow motivates me to finish up my work. But it definitely takes a toll on health if followed regulary

Firstly, you will not be able to follow normal schedule like attending classes on time or finishing work during the day. Next, it will mess your sleep schedule and lead to hormonal imbalance (I'm not very sure but I have observed this) imbalance plus you will end up missing important meal of the day (breakfast)

See according to me - sleep for 2 hrs take rest for 15 min after waking up n then start studying take a internal break not more than 2 min don't move from the places so u can concentrate more than 2 hrs in that 2 min don't use digital break by watching show do some creative works like drawing or dreaming about your gole or future !! I think this will help u 😀
If u cant study and u get headache after longer sitting then im sorry bro..for a good life u must study....its not about how many hours u study its abt to cover and study as much as possible.... if u need hrs then u should study atleast 4-5hrs for beginning....if u cant then ur goal and passion is very low bro...dont get offended im telling the reality
