I loved the video! I'm using a third party teleprompter app that takes my script and lets me record my voice as it displays the script. I do this for timing purposes. Lets say I edit a 2 minute video, I can import my script as a text file and set the length to be 2 minutes. Then I record my voice using the app which records audio and video. Then I drag that video clip into the audio portion of LumaFusion so that only the audio clip is brought onto the timeline. From there I can fine-tune the timing further by chopping it up if needed. Sometimes if I'm not happy with the script then I can delete sentences inside LF. I also double click the audio and set the Configuration to Primary and all audio tracks (non voiceover) to Auto so they can duck around my voice over. Since I've started recording VO's with an app that shows the script and times it for me, my vocal performance goes way up with less mistakes!
That was a amazing lesson. I could learn about performing too unexpectedly. If it was basic things but it would help me much and gave me good ideas.! Thank you. ❤
I’m using the Shure MV7 mic with usb Lightning cable that connects directly into my IPhone 14 pro, Is there any lag or delay when pressing record on this Luma fusión editing app on iPhone? I tried cap cut and VN video editor on my iPhone & there’s delays. Other words mic turn on 4 seconds later once pressing record with those 2 apps.
Sometimes a quick restart will help with this. Have you restarted your device lately? If that doesn't help, please visit lumatouch.co/support so we can have a closer look.
We don't know when but the plan is to bring both versions of LumaFusion onto the same level quickly but with caution. We don't want to rush out a half done project, so we'll take as long as it needs.
Hi there, and thank you for watching. At present there is not a way to disable the countdown. I've noted the wish for that ability so that our designers and engineers can consider it for inclusion in a future release.
I used to record my voice audio separately, but now use this tool directly into LumaFusion and it’s saved a ton of time.
Happy you found this time saver.

Looking forward to some Izotope plugins down the road to manage voice sibilance and mouth pops and clicks.
That's a good idea, thanks for the feedback.
Will Samsung users get the newest version like IOS in the near future?

Thank you for another simple tutorial but for perfect voiceovers I just need you to do all mine 😁🤣
Thanks!
When will Lumafusion introduce Voice Noise reduction ???
You can add some third party plugins that will help with this but we're looking into some native options as well. Adding a tally for your request.
Thank you. I've got 82 novels to record!!
Don't get burnout and remember to have fun. Go get'em!
