- Most of the people complain about the kick of Gearless Scooters Like Activa,Pleasure,Dio,Aviator,Maesto etc. They face problems like Jammed Kick lever,Kick lever Not retracting, Heavy operation,Slipped starting kick lever, Broken kick Spring etc. So in this video we will open the complete kick mechanism of Honda Activa and will see the problems in detail and will solve them. Further this process is completely same for all Hero/Honda Scooters and also for other Gearless Scooters.

Today, if I have a certain problem with my vehicle, I have to search TH-cam/ Google to find a solution. Many VDOs solve just one problem.
Just wanted to suggest that :
Please make one VDO which lists all the things like repair, rectification & preventive maintenance (of nearby parts), all related things, at one place.
eg., kick start problem(VDO to make it butter smooth) & do preventive maintenance on Bendix Drive, Handle Vibration, Clutch cover, Conveyor belt ( probably not the apt terms). Just mention in description & in VDO( I think you do this already but it's difficult to search) that all this problems can be solved at one-go.
This VDO can have links to various VDOs made on each of the above problems. This VDO can act as Menu for other VDOs, so that just by referring to that one VDO we can go to the exact VDO for a certain kind of problem. Hope its not too much of an ask.

Abhishekji Namaskar, video bahut achha laga, 2-3 doubt please clear karna aap. Kick liver nikal ke saft me laga circlip nikala uske niche washer nahi tha, apne bhi washer ka kuchh bola nahi. To yaha doubts hai ke washer hona jaruri hai, corclip aluminum body ko katega? Disra doubt kich yeeth & gear me aapne oil grease kuchh lagaya nahi, to kya usko sukha rakhna sahi hai ya teeth par greess lagana achha hai? Saft & hole me apne grees lagaya tha par teeth par naho isliye ye doubts hai.

Bahut sundar samzaya aapne. Activa rachet service ke bad kick marne se jo upar/bahar aata hai vaisa.....
Mera vespa 125-2013 model ( same as Activa ) ka kick rachet kick marne se bahar nahi aata hai, apna jagah par hi smooth ghumta rahta hai. Jiske karan kick kam nahi karta. Kick shaft, moon gear rahet sabhi ekdam smooth ghumta hai, lekin rahet bahar/upar nahu uthne se engage nahi hota hai. Kya problem ho sakta hai?

when i kick the kick abruptly stops in between and i hurt my leg bones since then i rely on self start. i expect the kick to be butter smooth so this video might help solve my issue.

Bhai...Mere 2014 Activa HET model clutch pulley ka problem hain...Pulley ke jo dono bearing hain usko replace kiya phirbhi wheel free nahi ghumra..thoda bahuth noise aur free se nahi ghumra..Mechanic ne bola pura pulley set change karne ko.Gadi 30 ke upar janese bahuth noise ata hain piche ke wheel se...Pls kuch upay batao...Thnk q

I got my kick repaired from mechanic. He didn't use grease but applied only oil and it it's working butter smooth. Before that he cleaned the inside with diesel, then washed with water pressure and finally with air pressure. And then applied oil. Tell me if its necessary to apply grease also as he said grease would attract more dust; oil is enough.

Dear Sir, Mera activa 5g 4th service karne ke bad har 2 din band ho jati, self aur kick dono me se kisi se nahi hoti hai start spark plug bhi bahut jaldi jal jata hai main 2 mahine 6 bar service center visit kar chuka hun. Par abhi tak problem ho raha hai.
