They keep changing the rules on the free supercharging, but at the moment you do get some amount free. I got six months with my Model 3, and then they extended that to nine months. As she said in the video, if someone uses your referral code when they buy a Tesla, then you get 1000 miles of free supercharging. Model S and X owners get free supercharging for the life of the car.
But every few minutes it requires you to do a simple task like touch the steering wheel 3 times to verify your still watching the road if something goes wrong
There are a few reasons for the glass roof, one of the major ones being saftey. It is actually much stiffer than a "normal" roof and therefore makes it safer in side collisions and rollovers. The extra weight up high is accounted by the batteries downlow, so no increased rollover risk either :) Great vid by the way!

IF anybody is interested in technical stuff, Tesla kept the glass roof on the cheapest models, because it's essential for the cabin's structure. A tin roof would make it much weaker, and they would have to re-do the crash tests, with worse results.
It's also good to note that NHTSA national highway trasportation safety administration actually BROKE their roof crushing machine trying to test the glass roof.

I don't think so. Could you provide the link that says glass absorb energy during a crash. Using glass is not a safety/crash worthy decision. There are instances of cars with crack glass panel from the flex of the roof. If the glass crack from flex then how is strong enough to protect in a roll over? Glass is also heavy. The glass roof is purely a design choice. Also it is not a security feature. Glass can be broken and there is nothing secure about broken glass

Most ice cars can’t put a solid/safer roof on their cars because it will make them top heavy and more prone to rollovers. Because Tesla has so much evenly distributed battery weight they were able to add a heavy, multilayer, very hard to crack solar roof. So is safer than any other cars roof out there. Phantom braking was an issue when enhanced autopilot released. Car wanted to switch lanes for example on the highway and didnt realize a car was right next to it. When it was partially over it, it recconed the car and braked. Yes these mistakes shouldnt happen as they cost lifes in severe cases but thats how technology works. It cant be perfect of the bat.

The sunroof actually makes the wheel drive V10 and turns the engine into Rear Wheel Drive which makes it more aerodynamic and go faster when you drive. It has 360 horsepower of torque.

I watched her video! It does seem like it would be not exactly ideal if you live somewhere that doesn't have a lot of superchargers and you road trip a LOT. Also, she got a model X, which takes longer to charge (30-40 min on a road trip), my model 3 only takes 20 min to charge
Actually it is not better for the enviorment, because they still use leather, and use shit ton of diesel to mine up for the lithium for the battery packs, therefore making each Tesla be as polluting as all the gas / diesel cars on the line. Also, when Teslas die, they will be way more dangerous to the enviorment because of the batteries. Where are they gon go?

I showed my 3-year-old little girl the video of a Tesla self-driving. now she is annoyed when I am driving and I don't let the car drive. For reference, I don't have a tesla so clearly, my car can not do that. We were discussing how she wants to drive the car and I showed her the video letting her know that in all likelihood she would probably not learn to drive or want to drive when she is 16 as the cars will be doing it for us. This made her more excited about getting a Motorcycle like Dad.

Glass roof is great, but not great for stargazing unfortunately as it is heavily tinted. You can't see much out it at night!

@@rakeshsachdeva6869 tesla is improvibg each day. With the upcoming city streets drivibg update for FSD there will be little to none cases of phantom braking. Phantom braking was an issue when enhanced autopilot released. Car wanted to switch lanes for example on the highway and didnt realize a car was right next to it. When it was partially over it, it recconed the car and braked. Yes these mistakes shouldnt happen as they cost lifes in severe cases but thats how technology works. It cant be perfect of the bat.

The sunroof actually makes the wheel drive V10 and turns the engine into Rear Wheel Drive which makes it more aerodynamic and go faster when you drive. It has 360 horsepower of torque.

@@Martin-dx5zs Hi Martin. You took the words out of my mouth. She has some REALLY slow memory at that price. For quicker memory...something fast enough to even be able to stand taking photos? You'd need a blazing fast memory card in a phone. I'm sure the Tesla can buffer and catch the slow SD card she bought up over a longer period of time. And if it is fast enough...then those cameras are on SUPER low detail.

A USB 3.1 flash drive typically has a transfer time of 60-100 mgbs. Also, transfer speeds don't affect picture quality. Apple does overcharge. It costs around 50 cents to make a standard size flash memory chip. Not saying your wrong. Just a little bit of over exaggeration.
Here's a cool feature, how about your Tesla automatically moves when your car is charged and someone else needs the spot.

You would have to play a LOT for that to be a serious concern. Carry a couple frisbees to put under the front wheels if you are really worried about it
Pretty hard on the steering components turning wheels without moving. you ever drove a car without power steering ? i Highly advise against playing that game while it moves the tires like that. Me - Certified N. i. a. s. e. Mechanic with 2 Years of Automotive Education in college.

I watched her video! It does seem like it would be not exactly ideal if you live somewhere that doesn't have a lot of superchargers and you road trip a LOT. Also, she got a model X, which takes longer to charge (30-40 min on a road trip), my model 3 only takes 20 min to charge

When I’m older I want to have a Tesla! It looks so cool and it’s better for the environment, which makes it so much better.
Actually it is not better for the enviorment, because they still use leather, and use shit ton of diesel to mine up for the lithium for the battery packs, therefore making each Tesla be as polluting as all the gas / diesel cars on the line. Also, when Teslas die, they will be way more dangerous to the enviorment because of the batteries. Where are they gon go?

I showed my 3-year-old little girl the video of a Tesla self-driving. now she is annoyed when I am driving and I don't let the car drive. For reference, I don't have a tesla so clearly, my car can not do that.
We were discussing how she wants to drive the car and I showed her the video letting her know that in all likelihood she would probably not learn to drive or want to drive when she is 16 as the cars will be doing it for us. This made her more excited about getting a Motorcycle like Dad.
