Congratulations girl. I’ve been house hunting for 3weeks now in Lagos and my eyes have seen 😩 It’s exhausting honestly. I have 6 agents I’m working with o and I’m always paying for inspection fee and tfare. It’s frustrating 😫😫😫 Still searching

I think it's important for people to know how risky it is to pay for an apartment under construction.
Once they have your money, furnishing it with the intended essentials becomes an issue.
Although, this is relative. Truthful people are still out there, but in Lagos, they are not easy to come by.
