    Yeah they work if you're sick. I use Orgain protein powder which has pro biotics. My leaky gut and leaky nasal has repaired itself. I have to eat a mainly high protein diet or I have neurological meltdowns and I'm in pain etc. I can't eat beef, wheat, grains, leafy greens, soy, dairy, legumes and so much more. Orgain protein powder has worked so well for me. I'm finally not having to take a ton of vitamins daily. I can heal dental infections with out antibiotics. I can't tolerate most of what you said to do. I have just recently added coconut walnuts and a few fruits to my diet. Lectins in the form of beans causes me pain. I was dx with RA a few years ago and I think it's calcium phosphate which is doing it to me. I literally have teeth trying to grow back. I took 3/4 or a 50mg since tablet too daily for a few years. With healthy levels of zinc no virus can penetrate the cell wall in order to hijack it and replicate. I love how direct you are with your videos. Curcimin is in turmeric correct? Very good for people with inflammation and Hashimotos disease. I figured out my issue is oxalates. I've been be able to deduce so much and have completely turned my life around. The fact is that the Dr. Gundry Diet is largely based on pseudoscience and it’s not regarded as a healthy diet option by most physicians. What is the Gundry Diet? The Gundry Diet was created by Plant Paradox author Steven Gundry, a cardiologist and heart surgeon --- who now sells supplements --- that claim to prevent disease and boost health.
      Dr. Gundry’s The Plant Paradox Is Wrong
      In fact, lectins in legumes have antimicrobial features and anticancer activities, according to research in a 2017 issue of the International Journal of Molecular Sciences.
      Despite many claims, no scientific evidence shows that eliminating dietary lectins will cure any medical disorders or conditions, including autoimmune diseases.
      As Dan Buettner pointed out in his Blue Zones work, lectin-packed foods are the “cornerstones” of the diets of all the healthiest, longest-lived populations on the planet.

    As much as I want L-Glutamine to work for me, whether I take it with food or an empty stomach, half a scoop even, it always puts me in an anxious state. I don’t know why! My body doesn’t seem to tolerate it.

    • @saffronsl
      @saffronsl ปีที่แล้ว

      That is a usual problem with most ppl, stop taking it and use meat stock instead it’s loads better, not bone broth tho that’s too high in histamines, home made meat stock

    • @saffronsl
      @saffronsl ปีที่แล้ว

      @@Sirie7206 I mean it’s just basic meat stock you can look it up but it’s mostly just boiling some meat and bones in a pot for about 2-4 hours you can add other things for flavour like carrots celery and herbs or just use salt depends on taste, I would start slow tho when I had a whole bowl of soup made out of the stock for the first time I had a major die off reaction so I’d start by putting a few tablespoons in water and drinking it or in a soup and work up to having like 2-3 cups of stock a day, it really depends on you personally and how your trying to heal

    Hello sir I noticed dairy is on the reduced food list. How about raw goat milk? Is it also inflammatory?

    • @DrJinSung
      @DrJinSung ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Goat's milk could be reactive just like cows milk. Raw milk would have a different reaction vs pasteurized milk. You can do trial and error by eliminating all dairy for 6-8 weeks and then reintroduce to see if there is any symptom change. Fun fact: Camel milk is the least reactive. Best, Dr. Jin

      Are you certain you have parasites ? If you truly do have parasites, those bitches can not survive cloves and oregano oil. Smoke one clove twice a day and get OreganoL P73 oil and take by mouth. The cloves in the respiratory tract and the oregano oil in the GI tract chokes those bitches right out. Be at home when you do this. You don't want to be away from home when you do.
