There is a screw in the front of the handlebars underneath that has to be loosened before you can adjust them just make sure you tighten it well after your done
I had the same issue with the pegs. They’re pretty bad. I emailed them as well. I guess a lot of people had that problem that’s why their pegs are sold out.
i purchased mine directly from their southern California store in Pacoima. Mine did come with foot pegs preinstalled, however, while riding it the left foot peg broke off when I hit a bump at 30mph. I wrote them an email and informed them about it and they were willing to replace it for me for free but I did not go that route. I went to Lowe's and bought a metal rod and had a metal shop weld it on for me. It's longer and my feet feel more comfortable
Hey! New to ADULT electric riding.., I own the HiBoy Pro 😂 I love your honesty! I love my scooter.. but I’m trying to research pros and cons of adding a e-bike/ runner vs just getting another scooter and just adding seat? I know seat stinks! But I can upgrade springs etc on 2024 HB seat model… also note they must’ve heard your reviews as this 2023 model or 24 model comes with better shocks and tires! Being able to go over a week to have to charge while still getting 20mph .. is dope! What suggestions would you give? Another scooter adding a seat or e-bike? And note I returned my Segway for HiBoy and no regrets!!
Thank you for this first impressions. That is very lame they didn't check the peg correctly. I really wanted this scooter but now I don't trust it for that reason
@@carbrickscity true but I just wonder what else did they not tighten correctly? Could be a bolt somewhere hard to see that is loose or something. I'd check everything multiple times to be sure but you probably already did
@carbrickscity Hi.If the caliper is too low, it'll rub against the disc! You're not mechanical inclined yet.Tightening before properly adjusting. Its easy to adjust the "goose neck" handle bar angle & hight adjustment. Learning curve before you get better.Good luck & learn.Thx.😊
My Roadrunner doesn’t take over 12 hours to fully charge. It’s around 10 hours from 0-100% but I try to go from around 25-75% to be safe and that is about 6 hours charging
10 hours or more is just too long for an electric scooter from the factory for my taste., I don't use any aftermarket chargers or upgrade chargers. Not to mention it still has other bigger issues that I mentioned in the video besides the long battery charging time.
Just received mine without any pegs at all. I've contacted them twice, and there no response for 4 days now. Not a great start for their customer service

Yes I figured it out.
Thanks. Great first impression review. Very helpful.
Welcome.
You Should of gotten the fiido q2 same scooter better brakes hydraulic 400w front 800w rear and cruise control for a couple hundred more😊
First, I got this before the Fiido is released. Second, I won't get that one either.
Voro motors sent me a battery for my v2, it would not power my scooter, then they blew me off. I sent the battery back, waiting to see what they do.
You should maybe buy the Fiido Q2, its like an upgraded Roadrunner.
I don't see how it is an upgraded Roadrunner. It looks like a copy of it.
@@carbrickscity so I had the v1 the brakes. Suck so bad and so much vibration

This is a big problem since without the peg you cannot even ride it. And it was a big issue since the thread is missing in the peg.
Too bad,it's just a slapped on parts without proper testing!!! Cheap.
Sad ass.

You mean they upgraded they Hiboy? Well I recommend the Hiboy KS4 Pro over everything else but that just me.

At least they sent me a new set of pegs now. The main problem now is the front brakes rubbing and shaking. For over $1500 it is disappointing.

All the bolts are tightened and brakes have been adjusted many times. I suspect it is the front caliper that is rubbing the rotor.

Still too long for my taste.
@@carbrickscity okay then, but please take into consideration that fast chargers usually degrade the life of the battery quicker.

@Garylookslikeacatfish
I like the 20-90% charge.
Once a month 0-100% for better battery health.
I had the same issue with the one peg, i just had a mechanic rethread it and it fit afterwards…. The mechanic didn’t even charge me for the rethread….
Where you find such mechanic? Anyway, that's so strange that they have this continuous quality problem.
You showed 3 scooters, can you provide the top of seat to ground measurements.
I have the same issue with my roadrunner. One pedal doesn’t fix. How did you fix it?
I mentioned in the girl that they sent me a set of replacement pegs.
What is the measurement of the v2 from Top of seat to ground

Without the pegs it's basically unrideable. Seems they still haven't improved in their quality department.
Will there be googology video again?
Probably.
🥰🥰😍👍👍dommage pas de revendeur en France !!
Wish I could sell it to you lol
