Frisby2007 I was thinking the same thing. The club pop is cool. It just seems like there could be some parts that really grate without losing the danciness. I couldn't stop thinking NIN, Pretty Hate Machine style would really suit her well. Or at least some techno with an edge. Needles! You don't have to lose all the club party dance vibe to have an edge musicly. And quite honestly, I have a feeling that if you went totally with your instincts that whatever style came out would work for you. On Drag Race you didn't let the judges make you a different person. Don't let the business do it either. Be Sharon Needles and don't fucking look back. Run, girl, run!

I personally couldn't give a damn about someone's preference of genitals. Do you and whoever you want (but wrap it up, because if not, that's just nasty). As long as they have talent, they have my praise. As for Drag Queens, the way I see it, they put in so much effort to give society the middle finger, they deserve to be called "she" (the good ones, anyways). Out of drag, which ultimately is just a job, not a way of life unless otherwise stated, I'd just call the guy however he wants. +levi they do still love each other, they've just done a UK tour together, and when I saw Sharon on her own on Sunday she said that "just because you lose a boyfriend doesnt mean you can't gain the best friend in the world" They were pretty fucking bad influences on each other, Alaska was taking a shit ton of drugs and drinking a lot (she's now completely sober) and by her own admittance was an absolute nightmare to work with & was throwing her career away.... whereas Sharon, well, Sharon was gagging for coke on Sunday night and doing shots of JD on stage haha.

Listen to the rest of the album. There's something on it for everyone. There are definitely some really dark tracks on it.
I find it weird that she goes like a pop-rock style of music rather than like purely rock or some other darker form of Rock.
It's not that surprising. Her style and drag is more pop/camp horror than straight goth rock.
