Thank you, but please know that this work is VERY different from Gabrielle Roth's work: while we also use structured improvisations (as in 5 Rhythms work), the Holistic Dance Language contains many components based on structured practices done in unison, specific alignment exercises, practices done in circles and practices based on unique formulas for inner transformation. Not to mention that the work is specifically for women, because we work deeply within the feminine psychological and physical anatomy to create a strong atmosphere of healing and evolution. The systems are completely different, without a doubt!

Sadly this beautiful video shows once more the egocentricity women feel nowadays - the world waits for women who recognize that it is about all of us - about humans. To not recognize the other sex means to not recognize life itself. There will be a huge power coming over earth as soon as women recognize men. I guess it is the task of men to do that step - but this needs very strong ones - one in a thousand has this strength - to recognize the divine we need to teach women what it really is and why the mirror of consciousness is reflecting what it reflects.
Happily to have poise and grace I dance. To be kind and gentle I smile at you. Depending on grace one suffocates by or without it. Depend on poise so a dance doesn't mean a hurt, slaughter in the art of war or other none sacred animosity animolia acts of mostly men with no poise grace and used to falling flat on our face or feeling out of place.
