Reminds me of Hendrix from time to time, listened to Hendrix a lot over the years, heard him too...Still can't jump for shit tho being a white guy... Hearing Christone loud and clear... Ain't picked my guitar up in years I'm sad to say, lost my inspiration somewhere along the way but just started playing again thanks to the Kingfish... Took someone half my age to inspire me, always loved music before my time, needed some young blood with old values to fuel my soul😂Thank you sir👍 Love this guy, he's the real deal, if Jimi was still with us he'd love him too, what a jam that would be😍

That’s the thing about being an American. No one has an ‘America’ passport. You don’t have to be a United States citizen to be an “American.” You’re American if you say you are. So you can be American for a song, a football game, or a movie, or full time if you like.
Miyavi performed the Star Spangled Banner on guitar in Dodgers Stadium in Los Angeles, he’s from Japan, but I’m pretty sure at least at that moment he was an American.
I always loved what Ace Ventura said in the Tibetan Monastery at the start of the 2nd movie We're all children of the same light force and the light shines bright within The Kingfish.... I'm from the Welsh Valleys of the UK but when I hear this guy I feel like I was born and bred in the Missippi Delta, think I might have been here before 😀

@@jameslewis4697 : I was a Jazz snob into my twenties, so I never thought of what my favorite Rock band is, but now that I think about it, maybe it’s The Who, neck and neck with Pink Floyd or Yes. As a musician, that’s the music I would most like to play. I’m originally a sax player since nearly birth, and switch to guitar 🎸 fourteen months ago. Blues is the new Jazz for me, because if you can play Blues you can play Rock, R&B, pretty much anything but Jazz.
Jazz has gotten ridiculous. People obsess over who can write and the most technically complicated music, so there’s no more room for innovation, and it loses the essence of what music is about, which is entertainment. Even orchestra music, there’s plenty of room there to do something new; innovation didn’t stop with Mozart or Leonard Bernstein.

I dunno if you take requests “¯\_(ツ)_/¯“ but I figured I'd give it a shot, cuz I'd very much enjoy hearing you play some "Maggot Brain" by Mr. Eddie Hazel, and by all means feel free at any time to play some Prince Rogers Nelson ( Purple Rain literally saved my life as a teenager I believe) Either way, I wanted to give ya some props, because you're damn good Homie!!!
