The first Ultraman with multiple regular Form "Changing Rooms" after Dyna in early episodes (Flash to Miracle and Strong Types, and Miracle to Flash Type), the next were Ginga Strium, Ginga Victory, and Victory Knight. Oh, Victory's Ultra Trans (EX Red King Knuckle, Eleking Tail, King Joe Launcher...) also has changing room like X, to be fair, Victory's Ultra Trans are prototype and essentially the same with X's Cyber Armors. Then with all the fusions in Orb and Geed.. form changing animation became standard.
One of the reasons why I liked Ultraman X, was that he used Kaiju to form armors. That was really a cool concept. I really hope future Ultraman maybe have Ultraman and Kaiju fusion together.
It is an awesome concept for sure with Ultraman X as well as how he can gain power from other Ultras via weapons or armor similar to the MonsArmor he uses when he and Daichi unite with Cyber Kaiju.

Yeah, the Cyber Armor is a cool concept :) Too bad Daichi and X don't use more varied Cyber Kaiju for it, though I see that as Tsuburaya wanting to go with what they have had in the past and can easily modify for Cyber Kaiju suits. But it still is a cool concept, like how Taiga allows Hiroyuki to use Kaiju rings as well as items from Ultras.

Victory only used Ultra Trans when the timer was blue, possibly because the transform animation has a blue timer. while Ginga Strium transform animation has blue and red time versions. Dyna's early CG transform animation only had blue timer, and in ep4 his timer was already red right before the animation to Strong Type starts, then it became blue in the animation, and returned to be red again.
