Im tiefsten Inneren der Schaltungen eines mechanischen Aliens, bekannt als Maetrik, findet man ein komplexes Netz aus Synapsen, die irgendwas zusammenhalten, was man Seele nennen könnte: sein Name ist Maceo Plex.
Die Entstehung eines solchen Hybriden folgte dem Bedürfnis nach Gefühlen und intergalaktischem Funk. Für uns Menschen basiert dieses Bedürfnis auf Gefühlen und diese Gefühle sind das, was den Menschen ausmacht.Maceo Plex veröffentlicht auf Crosstown Rebels und ist auf einer Mission, um der Welt Funk und Gefühl zu injizieren: mit deep & funky Tracks werden Nächte mit Maceo zu intergalaktischen Erlebnissen.
