There are plenty of scopus indexed journals you can publish in. Just search the scopus database for journals and then go ahead and submit to your preferred journal.

Of course. If you have registered already, then you can mention your ORCID ID at the time of manuscript submission.

During the submission process to any journal you can add your ORCID ID. You cannot add after the publication, at least I haven’t seen such a scenario.
