You could have easily said that subscribe button will appear on non subscribers shorts. (It doesn't appear on those people's accounts who are already subscribed).

We do not see the subscribe button because we are logged in as subscribers to our channel. We can verify this by logging in incognito, and we will see what a non-subscriber sees, namely that we have subscribed button and can be seen by everyone else besides us.

You are already subscribed to your channel. Thats why you dont see it. Others who has not subscribed to your channel can see the button. Nothing to worry.

What you should have shown was to make the subscription button an auto subscription button so when they click it's subscribed not having to go to your channel page which most people are too lazy to do

Not sure why it happened. There could be various reasons. If someone likes your video before watching, it will be removed by TH-cam.

You don’t need to do anything basically. We can see your subscribe button if we haven’t subscribed you already.

Nothing to worry. It will be visible to people who have not subscribed to your channel. It’s visible in incognito because that’s how your short video going to look like to others who haven’t subscribed to your channel yet.

You don’t need to do anything. Your subscribe button will be visible to you to those who have not subscribe to your channel. So no worries. Iam glad it cleared your doubts.

I have no incognito mode in my channel. What can I do?
go to your maine youtube channel and click on your picture then you'll find it
In other words, if you are logged into an already subscribed account, you will not see a subscribe button to that channel.
And if you watch your video thru other phone or pc, there is no subscribe button after you turn off again your incognito..
That means its already subscribed. Ony the ones who has not subscribed your channel can see your button. Thats why you are able to see it in incognitto.

You can see it when you go incognito but soon as you take incognito off its gone again thats because only non subscribers can see it on your channel

The subscribe button has been moved to the channel’s home page. Just click on the channel logo to go there.

You will not find the subscribe button if you are watching from your own channel account. It will be visible to people who have not subscribed to you.

No, if you look at many other channels that try to resolve this problem for at least 60 minutes and you still cannot get it! This clip is worth to follow and understand, because it will affect to all other youtube that you will make in the future.

You have to do nothing. It's there. Since you are watching it from your own account you do not see it. That's all. Others can see your subscribe button if they are not subscribed to your channel already.
