This is the opening track to their new LIVE album "Memorial for the Warrior Souls". It's also the opening track to their latest LP "Judgement Day"
one of my fave tracks from Lovebites. pure energy, great riffs, great vocals, amazing drums, that bass.....oh that bass. Lovebites forever
Fami's bass tone is awesome. Love the Motorhead "Ace of Spades" vibe at the start of Miyako's solo. The ladies just never miss.
Love Lovebites 🐺🤘🏴
👏👏👏👏👏👏Their recent shows have been all fast songs. How Haruna still has energy at the end is amazing.
LOVEBITES - We Are the Resurrection lyrics & credits:
Blowing storms, Rising shadows
Thunder roars, Appearing once more
No one knows, Trouble and struggles
What we've been through, Where does justice go?
With the soul burning endless inside me
We will hold all the promise we made
Staring in silence
Feeling the weakness
Creeping up on me
Building up walls but this is my way
All the pain
Will make you stronger
The answer is all inside of me
Through the dark, what we have all been waiting
And the land that is laying beyond determination
Reflower of roses
The beginning of your stage
Leave all of the deep sorrow
and starting this new journey
This beautiful melody will purify everything
Free yourself, strong and bravely
Believe in the way you are
SOLOS: midori / miyako / both
Blowing storms
Rising shadows
Thunder roars
Appearing once more
No one knows
Troubles and struggles
What we've been through
Where does justice go?
With the soul burning endless inside me
We will hold all the promise we made
Staring in silence
Reflower of roses
The beginning of your stage
Leave all of the deep sorrow
and starting this new journey
This beautiful melody will purify everything
Free yourself, strong and bravely
Believe in the way you are

Nice reaciton! Have You done "Winds of Transylvania" since its the opening track for the Vladlove anime. Anyways, keep on reaction to our Ladies.
This is the first song on Judgement Day. A great way to start an album. I agree, music in America is terrible. I'm glad I've found a dozen or more great rock/metal band from Japan.
I also like the movie The Count of Monte Cristo. It's one of my favorite movies.
Fami! Fami! Eami! but they all make it look so easy.
Too late for chat - Let me know if you guys play any local gigs and I'll go check you out.
Will do, but in case I forget you can also follow us in the Bandcamp page when I send out email announcements?
You talked about Swan song as a ballad. It is not. There are power ballads in Lovebites's discography. Search for "Empty Daydream","Edge of the world","Epilogue". These are called the 'E' songs ( because of the first letter of the title).
The saviors of Heavy Metal!
Great analysis. I'd say American people are only guys so obsessed by animated performances in concerts. The main market of Lovebites, Japanese people don't care about it much. We also don't do crazy things in the mosh pit. We are more music oriented and I guess American people are more entertainment oriented.
Yes, and actually large part of Europe also is music oriented. Its fun when some US people react to old US concerts. And the people in the video are sitting quiet and listening to some totally crazy stuff by some of the giants in music. And the reactors say - "Are they not liking it? Why are they not dancing and shouting and moshing to this?" Maybe they are sitting still and listening BECAUSE they like it. What a concept!
Everyone has their own way of enjoying music I guess! As a musician I’m always looking for inspiration and analyzing what is going on so I can implement in my own songs.
@@FlameImperishable I think the point from @gatograto was that in a Japanese performance/concert, the performance is the main thing. So, even when the audience is animated, like in Babymetal concerts, then what the audience do is a part of the artists performance. The Japanese audience know exactly how to respond, when to jump, when to shout, according to the choreography of the performance. Even the mosh pit that Babymetal has is according to plan. They are circular ones and the start when told. In an US (and also partly in European) audiences it is more chaos. Mosh pits are really just chaos, might even be regular fights. There is crowd surfing. Different audiences do different things. The artists really have to work hard if the want som orderly response from the audience. The most they can get is clapping (almost) to the beat and singing (almost) the song. A bit exaggerated. And maybe I have a Japanese soul, because I think I appreciate the Japanese way better. I go to a concert because I want to enjoy the music and performance.
@@FlameImperishable That is right. I totally agree with you. That is why Japanese musicians, not onoly of rock/metal, don't or let's say don't have to do over actions.

LOVEBITES PERFECTION‼️
Back in 1967, when the Beatles came out with Sgt Peppers, the pop world was turned on its head. "Progressive music" started being accepted. Pop music was played on AM stations and on 45s. This new music was album-based and FM progressive stations were started, some of which could barely get advertising. What we now know as rock was separate from pop.
Because there was little advertising, they could play an album side with no break. The heavy rock world took off from there. Of course, things must be paid for and that style slowly disappeared due to the money needed to run a station.
That brings us to the modern world where most heavy music doesn't get played on mainstream radio because the songs are too long and don't immediately get wide acceptance. We have Spotify and their ilk, but musicians don't get paid well from that. It's a sad state.
Silly question: Is your family name "Lee"? SCNR (and I'm late with this!)
@@FlameImperishable LOL, so you can complete "Jennifer Jason Lee", if I understand you correctly. Great reaction btw!
Franz Liszt. Sounds like you need to hear 'Lost In The Garden' (also from the 'Judgement Day' album).
Second part like BAROQUE music in modern way-instruments. You are right about most Americans music today "ts" (small letters)..
Lovebites is the resurrection of metal.
