only a small number of people marrying below 18, according to indian law, personal law can be follow in civil acts, there is nothing confusion in laws but politicians and courts making confusion that's it.. This is exceptional laws and can be made legal.

Social law will prevail and override a personal when there is question or dispute between two person means more than single person .though girl has attained puberty but she is physically not fit to become mother of child therefore she is under childhood to become competent at age of 18 year.therefore social law will prevail.

Matter is not about muslim women , but of indian children. Anyone under age of 18 is not legal adult thus are protected by law available for children . Muslim female children should be given same opportunity as other community girls, . I wonder when our system would grow some balls .
If Muslim children are allowed to marry under 18 many other community will demand same . , And no religious agenda should come before sefty , security and rights for a child

4. fayeda yeh hoga ki jab ladki Graduation complete kar legi tab woh dimag se aur sareer se fully matured ho gayi hogi aur yeh yeh soch payegi ki mujhe kab aur kis se shadi karni hai yani woh apni khud ka decision khud le sakti hai.
