My problem with this drama is simple,it makes me want to re watch Yanxi palace. The best palace drama i have seen so far,with a BOSS female lead. And of cost the HANDSOME n GORGEOUS XU KAI.

I like the female lead attitude, she is quite strong, the way she rotates her head at 34:31 is so funny while talking in speed🤣🤣 this fl is shown to be quite clever. Never to get bullied at the hands of others💪💪 and protect the rightful ones

None of the emperors of the Qing dynasty wear earrings, especially such exaggerated earrings. They look like the goddess. You can search for portraits of the emperors of the Qing dynasties.

This series is much shallow, and few episodes only but worth watching. Also nice to find another charming lead actress as well. I also watched Yanxi Palace number of times and Ruyi’s Royal Love but I felt lighted hearted compared to two other series. If you want to try another series like this I can recommend The Sword and the Brocade.
It's quite fascinating, the male lead is also the male lead in the drama fake princess... his looks here is different, but it suit him. He's handsome whatever he wears... how many episodes are there in this drama? Is it up to 25 episodes only
