Have spent pretty much all of my free time watching every video you have put out. It has been really enjoyable watching Talans growth as a young man and a driver. Keep digging and it will come. Can’t wait to see how the rest of your season goes.

Great runs this weekend. It's hard to figure out a car when a tracks that slick. You gave him the best advice though . Once you miss your line the other cars just freight trains you. It's hard to slow down when you wanna go fast lol.

Glad that 25 car got off the track, dude was driving through everyone. Talan did good. The car definitely looked slow coming out of turns 2/4. It’s great to see the owner helping out above and beyond. I’m glad you guys are also getting help with fuel costs in the RV

You know the Crate cars all run close to the same speed. Qualifying and Heat Race finishes are more important than any other class. Most of these races wind up following the leader on the bottom. Got to get out front and don’t let them push you around. It will come Adam. I know you hate running mid pack but the boy is working hard and learning. The ride is fun to experience with y’all.
Yes qualifying is the most imortant thing in crate racing, and we don’t have the speed for it right now… he is working hard that’s for sure! Proud of that!
I agree that it can be a learning curve for Talan. But I really think it's definitely more car than driver. If you guy's ever figure the car out and definitely motor issues I think you will see a big difference. Talan can wheel brother for sure.

Leak down test it ! Also run some Daytona 1 crate light crate oil and also only run 7 qts. Daytona1 also makes a really light gear fluid to 30/60

Talan is doing awesome I do think like you Adam it will come in time being aggressive but I think the engine has an issue just looks like there’s no torque off corner he picks up speed at half way down the shutes acts like valve springs

If you run at Magnolia practice and heats will fool you. It is known as black ice. In practice and heat/qualifying it will be hammer down you can flat foot it with a little trail brake. in the feature it will be black as asphalt and slick you will be able to run all over the track including about a foot off the wall with just rolling out of the throttle a little. Very fun track to race at and plenty of room to race.
Yeah that place looks awesome! We have heard it’s hooked up when it’s hooked up and super slick when it’s slick

My phone sucks but talon nobody can say he is not working hard at it I think he's got all the talent turn on the late models I think just needs a little bit more in the car but you guys will get it figured out I'm a big fan of the young man but again you guys will get it figured out can't wait for him to get his first win

As I see it the car is not firing till it’s 3/4 threw the straightaway, you are welcome to look. My guess is the cam is the problem

Go with wall2wall like Chase Holland Racing has or a race tec like HTF has. Both of those teams have had nothing but good results out of those and we all no both teams have won multiple heat and feature wins

@@talanwillisracing5910 when I ran 604 crates when they first came out I had to change my valve springs about every 3 to 4 weeks and my plugs every other week. Before buying a new engine I would try changing the valve springs first. I bet that engine will come to life
Make Them hold there line talon when your side by side don’t brake an let the go by
Experience will fix that.

Car wont get off the corner..thats not the drivers fault.Have that motor dyno tested.

Yes I do feel he is making the car look a lot better than it actually is performing right now. We are trying to work something out now for an engine

Talan always finds speed in a race car and he was getting through the turns great. All most looked like you had the wrong gear but I’m sure you didn’t. Put the engine on a dyno and you absolutely have a great sponsor. . 🏁💯👍
Yes we tried different gear throughout the night. Gear is same as everyone is on. We are going to pull and put on dyno soon.
Put new carburetor on the engine and check the valve springs

@@talanwillisracing5910check your gearing also. We ran a Winters quick change. Wrong gear can dog you coming off. Track like that needs a high torque cam and tall gearing. We ran 7200 rpm on a similar track.
@robertwestover2125 it’s a crate motor, you don’t have different cam options and also be hard to get one of them to turn 7200
Then gearing is your best option. We ran a 6.68 top gear for heats, 6.48 for consi’s and wet track feature, 6.28 slick track setup. Best of luck to you! Keep digging !
