KMD IRONMAN Copenhagen bike course - 180 km in 6 minutes!

Take the grand tour on the 180 km bike course for KMD IRONMAN Copenhagen, the only iron-distance triathlon in the World to be raced in the heart of a capital in this breathtaking 6 minute time lapse from the bike course.

Please note: After around 12 km in the video, the time lapse goes straight on the road, under the bridge. During the race the course turns right just before the bridge, goes up and crosses the bike path/pedestrian bridge called Langeliniebroen, and then comes out on the road again about 1,5 km ahead.

Did you ride that loop 2 times, because that was not 180 km.

Something seems to be wrong with the height profile for the course! Geels Bakke is only 48 m above sea level, but the video puts it at 72 m and as the highest point of the bike course? The highest point of the course will be just before you enter Blovstrød (at approximately 72 km) which is in fact 72 m above sea level.

Only just watching this and was comparing the profile to the course map and thinking it doesn't match up. Thanks for agreeing with what I thought!
