Doom is cheese for the first path if you can get them in the corner because he will keep staggering and applying shocks for passive stun. You can keep them in the corner and heavy spam

This is a great option IF your Doom is sig 200. At around this level, I didn't think that most people would have him at that high of a sig. It can be done lower, but then it isn't reliable.
Still a great option if you can pull it off!

If you have quake, the mystic path is free, then you can bring 4 champs for the boss (just make sure you don't use quake on the dr strange)

Btw hulk is also a good counter to havok all you need to do is have him in the stun lock cheese and his plasma charges will barely do anything to him

Juggernaut is insane for the resistor path, you put on a stagger and you get like one and a half bars of power for every combo.

this was the 2nd easiest quest of act 6 I've done, i have absolutely no good havoc counters but the second path option was so easy all i needed was cgr hulkling sunspot and archangel and the heimdall synergy, i know they are horrible counters for havoc but i only used cgr on the path and he still had 90% health, so i use cgr first , got him to 38 percent, then the rest and easily beat him. ik mcoc encyclopedia wont be happy with using brute force instead of strategy but it was super easy

1st easiest was the one where you get degen after hitting 8 times but you get fury and cgr has aptitude so i dealt 500k sp2's every fight

First time using Herc in story quest and omfg I get why you don't use him in your showcases/champion lists. He can just brute force his way through quests. Took Joe Fixit path and used Infamous Ironman for Torch.

Ironman. Hulkbuster shocks will deal little damage, but also drive the Cornered node
