Agreed tho. Even buffet says to start with penny stocks and to keep flipping them until your position sizes effect the price action, at that point it’s time to set that capital to work on a mega cap cash cow ticker that’s a relevant consumer staple that will be around for 20yrs.

I can attest to the volatility of penny stocks, but it can work both ways. Because more times then not the stock will keep going down once you get in. The Algos pick it all up. You are competing against not only Wall Street, but their computers and AI, I can attest to this as well. So for beginners, maybe blue chip stocks are actually a safer alternative. The returns may not be huge, but at least you won't be losing all your money.
i'm not a fan of penny stocks & OTC stocks for day & swing trading. 1) OTC commissions typically cost more than options & futures 2) i don't research tickers to trade - i can trade just one or 2 tickers 3) 1000% profits happen many times p/month in large caps (SPX & QQQ esp)... 100% happens daily 4) over time large caps get predictable. 5) highly liquid 6) penny stocks gave me a "chase the runner" or "gamblers" trading philosophy. i had a difficult time learning patience & waiting for the right set ups with large caps. but thats just me.
I agree with you 💯 I bought blue chip stocks all last year an didn’t make much. Which is what led me to penny stocks.

Dude I can’t believe they had to do a reverse stock split. Because now I can’t make nearly as huge gains as I could have when they were at .05 cents. However, I have pumped Canoo up so crossing my fingers for Monday since I seen on the news they officially opened up their factory in the industrial park.

Reverse stock splits make no difference. What matters is the market cap, not the stock price.

Tysm il try to find a pennystock and study it for a few mins and than look if it goes up or down
But if it rises 100% can u fill the trade often? this is my concern. Who cares if it runs up but if you can't sell it then it doesn't matter
