So this Ultron has to be from a What If...? of AoU where he wins somehow, got the rest of the Stones and discovered the multiverse.
Or from a Universe where the Avengers let Tony fully develop Ultron to protect against Thanos, like he was intended. That'd explain how he gets the stones if they were able to stop Thanos using Ultron.

Practically the minute Ultron becomes sentient he writes humanity off and decides to take the Avengers out. And he seems to possess some knowledge of the existence of Thanos/the other Stones, so it's not like he couldn't prepare for Thanos's arrival or for acquiring the other Stones himself.

That’s my guess, yeah. I think Episode 9’s gonna be the Infinite Ultron universe, and the Watcher decides to intervene when Ultron starts threatening other universes besides his own, by recruiting a bunch of people from the previous episodes to form a Multiverse Avengers team. Since the Watcher refused to help even when Strange Supreme blew up his entire universe in Episode 4, the only thing I can see that would drive him to interfere would be a threat that endangers _multiple_ universes, not just one.

I've seen so many people in the comments of every reaction say this proves one or the other is stronger but it really doesnt. Thor wasnt trying to hurt Cpt marvel, he just wanted her to stop ruining his party. And cpt marvel was holding back because she was worried about collateral damage. The only thing this episode proves is that a real fight between the two would be incredibly entertaining and probably an extinction level event for the planet

Yeah just now remembered that he set his hammer on her and she didn't seem to be able to get up so that spell must have been cast on it before. But he certainly doesn't seem to be worthy. So I will adjust my theory: Odin has cast the spell on his hammer before and whenever he does he decides which qualities count as "Worthy" So maybe a younger and less wise Odin didn't consider the values of humility, compassion, and self sacrifice, but he was more concerned with bravery, tenacity/stubbornness, and self confidence. I would say that Captain Marvel embodies those qualities as well but it's not a complete list and there's probably something I'm not thinking of that the younger warring Odin would appreciate that Thor has and Captain Marvel lacks.

The Ultron at the end was not from this universe. First, Ultron was created by Tony Stark *years* after the first Thor, using the Mind Stone that Loki brought to Earth. Without Loki bringing the scepter, Ultron couldn't have been created at all, even if for some reason the timetable was sped up. Plus, the Ultron Army portalled in, and the Watcher was surprised by them, implying they came from somewhere that he wasn't Watching, i.e. a different universe.
Ultron is the most relatable character in the mcu. He saw 30 seconds of the internet and decided to exterminate the planet

When I watched this alone I thought it was maybe 6.5/10 but somehow after watching it with you guys uts more like a 8/10 for me.

I would say that Captain Marvel embodies those qualities as well but it's not a complete list and there's probably something I'm not thinking of that the younger warring Odin would appreciate that Thor has and Captain Marvel lacks.

The Ultron at the end was not from this universe. First, Ultron was created by Tony Stark *years* after the first Thor, using the Mind Stone that Loki brought to Earth. Without Loki bringing the scepter, Ultron couldn't have been created at all, even if for some reason the timetable was sped up. Plus, the Ultron Army portalled in, and the Watcher was surprised by them, implying they came from somewhere that he wasn't Watching, i.e. a different universe.
