Every time I see the murder nova I wonder how many kids got the bright ideal to go street race from this show and are now dead, the show makes it look like illegal street racing is basically just something the cops will tell you to stop doing and go home my neighbor thought that from watching the show, he got caught lost his car, his license, got a BCD from the military for it, had to pay huge fines and spent time in jail all because he watched street outlaws and thought that it would be cool to go do that cause there’s no consequences at least on the show that is when cops pull up
Street racing has been around a long time! The cars are much faster now than in the 70’s. The consequences are much greater if you get caught. It was a misdemeanor in the 70’s and now it is a felony! Also there is always the possibility that someone could get hurt or killed.

Man, Martin's Camaro has an awesome hole shot. That being said, it looked like Murder Nova might have actually beat him out of the hole before he fell flat. That's a shame. Would've loved to have seen that race.

There is a reason “Big Chief” is not racing in NPK and it’s not because he doesn’t want to but rather he doesn’t have the money/equipment to. Shawn has invested 100’s of thousands of dollars into his program between car and equipment upgrades and it shows his car is fast but he is still learning how to race at this level and Ryan has been doing it since the beginning and had an advantage from radial tire racing and it also why Justin Swanstrom has been so successful his first year because he understands the investment it takes from his and his father’s radial tire racing

Just saying itll tale more than money to win these races. We do it every day for a living it ain't cheap! We work hard for our money!
