Since the ECU has none of that data programmed and essentially believes it’s still running factory injectors.. That fact alone goes a long way in explaining why it’s running like a bag of dicks. Walbro 255 Sti 550 cc injectors Tomei fpr HKS SSQV BOV Turbo smart external waste gate. Flex fuel kit 3" fmic Civic mini mishimoto radiator Stand alone ignition timing Added a oil cooler Added a catch can. 3000gt vr4 master cylinder Stage 2 clutch Shaved flywheel. Already blew the engine up once at 14psi. Wish i could have caught you before you did the fuel pump because I could have let you know how you've got to moddify the mount. You just have to bend it and cut it at a angle a little. 10 to 12 psi is where I had to take the head off and stud it. Lucky for you I had to order head studs from Australia, rumor has it that wont be an issue for you.

But to start with he isnt even running the correct fuel pressure. Factory Pressure is 38psi, seeing as he is running less than that its not helping. Not to mention he can up the cycle all he wants he will still never reach they motors true power with that setup with the injectors he has, they are to small. they need to be 400s or bigger
Stock PSI Fuel Rail Pressure is 38psi. U'll want to run 40psi. Your Factory ECU is running a duty cycle on the injectors of 60%. So you have to tune the ECU or Upgrade Injectors. Do Both. Black Case ECUs can be remapped. so a tune would set you back about $800. Injectors on the cheap can get them off a VR4 Galant running a 4G63 should be 420cc
you need to do a DOHC conversion. this 4g15 had potential being turboed but sohc head aint doing it justice. eventhough just being a 1.5litre it can give a fun driving and tuning exprience
If you’ve got wet plugs you’ve got most likely fuel in your sump too. Change the oil !! Load it up in 4th. If it’s rich in 1st and 2nd it’s too rich under load. Don’t want any less the 10.5 under load in 4th. If you do it like that the afr will work out good everywhere else. 12.3 is perfect Afr. You might need bigger injectors. Fuel reg adjusting for more fuel is a disaster waiting to happen.
Stock Fuel PSI is 38 on that car so he is actually running it too low atm. And injectors min 400cc. and the ECU needs to be tuned, there is no way around it. I know, built a 4G15T myself yrs ago. its a waste of money.
Your probably out of duty cycle on the injectors the ecu would be holding them at a % that they need to be for standard no matter what you do with the fuel pressure
@@TomBudin also run 4g93 injectors - 4g15 injectors are only tiny little 175cc little boys 4g93 are a good 240cc which is a nice upgrade for you and super cheap 275cc triton injectors are also a direct swap also but running a stock ECU it wont be able to control fuelling and will immediately foul plugs on the same fuel pressure just some cents for ya biglord love the series !

As someone who has owned a few lancers/colts/mirgaes the fuel guage is working fine. E doesn't = empty on these cars. E= enough 😂

really?! i put a genuine bosch pump 80LPH factory replacement and I'm running 8psi and I'm getting 10.7 afr on full boost i have no problems with fuel
